Basic Income Ukraine & Russia

My name is Irina Soloveva, and I am currently living in the Netherlands as a refugee from Russia, where I had to leave due to my public opposition to the regime and the war in Ukraine.
Before the war, my family and I were deeply involved in the basic income movement in both Ukraine and Russia.
Together with my father, Alexander Solovev, we organized advocacy efforts and even ran an experimental basic income project in Pavlohrad, Ukraine (my Motherland). Here is information about it  and Wiki, but only in Russian version please click here.
Here we describe the result of the plot, but in Ukrainian.

We built platforms to promote these ideas in both countries:
Basic Income Ukraine – ubiua.com
Basic Income Russia – ubiru.org
I also authored an article for Basic Income Earth Network shortly after the full-scale invasion began “Ukraine’s Basic Income: An Antidote to War”.
And here is a short video where I speak in Russian on the topic Watch on YouTube
We also created and moderated several Facebook groups that continue to gather people around the idea of unconditional basic income:

Now, living in the Netherlands, I would love to find ways to connect with local basic income organizations and communities. I believe this vision is more important than ever — and I would like to stay useful to the cause.
